同时,王红珍还担任北京市昌平区卫生局副局长、昌平区卫计委副主任。

两人行贿共计196万元。

庭审中,刘、冯二人均认罪认罚。

被告人刘某是北京中智源泉投资顾问有限公司(下称中智源泉)的法定代表人,妻子突患白2007年8月至2013年10月间,妻子突患白他向王红珍(另案处理)行贿26万元,委托她帮助中智源泉在妇幼保健院承揽儿童智力检测业务和微量元素检测业务。

“我们公司2004年成立,血病丈主要业务是租赁医疗器械。

医药市场竞争比较激烈,血病丈我们第一年销售额比较少,只有几十万元。

2007年,通过昌平区妇幼保健院的大夫引荐,我认识了王红珍,我告诉她说我们儿童智力检测的业务一直在赔钱。

”被告人刘某在上午的庭审中说,为便于顺利开展业务,他把两万元分装在两个信封中,送到了王红珍办公室,“为了顺利结款和再开展微量元素检测业务,我之后每次都给她两万元,一直到2014年王红珍不是院长。

我们在昌平区妇幼保健院的利润从50万元一直涨到70万元。



“刘某给我钱,要卖掉房是因为我可以给他赚钱的机会,要卖掉房因为我是院长,我手里有权力,儿童生长发育检测项目很多,只要我不同意,他肯定进不来。

”今天庭审上,公诉人还宣读了王红珍的证言。

2017年1月,为其治病刘某在首都机场登机口被拦下,为其治病在其到案后,被告单位中智源泉向检察机关退缴10万元。

刘某当庭表示认罪认罚,被告单位的诉讼代表人也表示认罪认罚。

检察机关建议法庭对被告人刘某判处一年以下有期徒刑,并适用缓刑。

本案未当庭宣判。

短暂休庭后,妻子突患白案情和上述案件类的被告人冯某及其单位行贿案开庭审理。

冯某曾担任包括北京吉安慧鑫科技发展有限公司(下称吉安慧鑫)在内的三家公司的法定代表人,妻子突患白目前,另外两家公司已经注销。

2010年到2015年初,冯某多次向王红珍行贿,金额共计170万元,并在王红珍的帮助下,让上述公司得以承揽昌平区妇幼保健院医用耗材供给业务。

案发后,血病丈被告人冯某主动交代了行贿事实,已经更名为北京鸿宏科技有限公司的吉安慧鑫向检察机关退缴了50万元。

此次活动启动后,要卖掉房志愿服务组织将对全区留守儿童进行走访、要卖掉房调查、评估,实施有针对性的帮扶。

记者了解到,为了能让留守儿童欢度周末,石鼓区将在各村建立“儿童之家”文化活动室,目前已有4个完成建设,并投入使用。
